This is an unrated competitive event named for long-time curler and still active club member Co McArthur. Curlers participating in the daytime event may form their own teams or sign up as individuals. By definition a "stacked team" means that you may have a team composed of any combination of positions which could be all skips, all vices or another mix. For the Co McArthur Stacked Brooms event the team must include at least one vice-skip or skip. Sign up as a team or individually and teams will be created. This event is played as a round robin and the winning team is guaranteed entry into the Gloamin' Spiel.

The Heather Event was the first permanent Heather trophy, presented by the late George Johnson, father of one of the early Heathers, Mary Lee Bolton. Runners-up receive pins provided by the Heathers. Only one pin will be awarded per person, per season. This event will start January 4, 2010.
